Try your Auren Cure piece at home. If you are not satisfied, email Hello@AurenCure.Shop within 60 days of delivery to request a full refund, even if you have opened and worn it.

How to request a refund

Include your order number or the email address used at checkout. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and arrange your refund. There is no minimum trial period. Your first request must reach us within 60 days of delivery; time spent waiting for our reply does not affect eligibility.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change or cancel it. Once processing has started, changes may not be possible. For orders successfully cancelled within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days. This does not limit your 60-day guarantee after delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items

Email us as soon as possible with your order details and, if available, a clear photo of the issue. Please contact us before returning the item so we can help resolve it.
