Auren Cure offers free shipping on all orders.

Processing your order

Orders normally dispatch within 24–48 hours. During peak periods or holidays, processing may take up to 3 business days. Dispatch means your parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Estimated delivery

United States: 7–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by your location, public holidays, customs or carrier delays. For other destinations, please contact us before ordering to confirm delivery availability and estimates.

Address changes

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot an error, email Hello@AurenCure.Shop within 24 hours. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch. If we need to verify your address, we will contact you using the details on your order.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

Contact us with your order number if a parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged. We will help investigate with the carrier and discuss the appropriate next steps. Please contact us before sending any item back.
